Second Career Program, The 9-month Construction/Industrial Electrician (Pre-Employment) Diploma program is a provincially-accredited apprenticeship program that was developed by government The program provides students with a wide range of skills that are needed to work as a certified first-year apprentice in either the construction or industrial sector.
