Course Description

The Business Accounting Certificate program prepares students for a challenging career in performing a vital support role in accounting departments of businesses small, medium and large. In the ever changing world of finance, computerized accounting skills are in high demand.

 

Students will be taught specialized accounting and office administration skills required to prepare and issue invoices, accounts payable and receivable, maintain books and assist in the administration of payroll by calculating taxes, contributions and other required deductions by the Canada Revenue Agency
